As someone who thrives on human connection, I’ve always found inspiration in the simplicity and imperfection of everyday experiences. One of those places is the pub. Not just any pub, but the idea of a place where things are done with care, intention, and a bit of rebellion against mediocrity. That’s where BTW… was born.

The original dream was to open BTW…PUB – a place with over 25 beers on tap (not just five), where your beer is always served in the right glass or it’s on the house, where phones go in a locker so conversations can flow, and where a sign on a table means “Sit here, I’d love to talk.”

While the pub is still a dream, the BTW way of thinking became a guiding principle in everything I do. When we created FTTH Excellence, we didn’t start with technical expertise – we started as users. We asked ourselves what frustrated us most about the fiber installation process, and then we built the exact opposite. That’s how BTW became not just a name, but a mindset.
